Job summary

Rosenbauer America is seeking a 12V Electrician I to install wiring for fire apparatus per diagrams and technical drawings. You will route wires, connect lights and accessories, and fabricate boxes and mounts for electrical installations.

The role requires reading blueprints, basic inspection tools, and adherence to safety policies. Evening/weekend shifts may be required to support department needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Knowledge of DC electrical equipment required.
• 6 months or related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Routes 12v electrical wires to equipment and follows a wire diagram.
• Connect lights, hose reels and other accessories to electrical boxes.
• Fabricate boxes, mounts, and other equipment required to complete the electrical installation according to the blueprint.
• Communicate with fabricators to have a complete installation.
• Fabricates wire harnesses to complete installation as needed.
