Job summary

Dignitas is seeking a capable Program Manager to oversee a large, multi-year IDIQ contract in a hybrid Orlando, FL environment. The role reports to the Senior Program Manager, acting on their behalf in program management functions including financials, scheduling, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of program/resource management experience, DoD contracting and proposal exposure, and a PMP or similar certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business management, or related field.
• Preferred PMP or DAWIA Advanced certification.
• Must have at least 5–10 years of experience in project and resource management.
• Experience with DoD contracting and proposal activities is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist mission partners and customers to assess their needs, provide information, resolve problems, and satisfy their requirements.
• Perform monthly status briefings.
• Lead a team to ensure program execution, including subcontractors.
• Be responsible for tracking and maintaining cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, risks and opportunities, process improvement initiatives, and common execution metrics.
• Lead follow on proposal efforts.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

Dignitas is seeking a strong and experienced Program Manager for a large multi-year single award IDIQ contract. The candidate for this position will report directly to the Senior Program Manager and act on his behalf as his Deputy in all Program Management functions to include: financial management, subcontractor management, schedule management, customer interface and internal team leadership.

Essential Functions

• Assist mission partners and customers to assess their needs, provide information, resolve problems, and satisfy their requirements.
• Perform monthly status briefings.
• Lead a team to ensure program execution, including subcontractors
• Be responsible for tracking and maintaining cost, schedule, and technical performance
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, risks and opportunities, process improvement initiatives, and common execution metrics.
• Lead follow on proposal efforts
