Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Proficiency in full-stack development with front-end and back-end frameworks.
• Experience deploying AI or ML models into applications.
• Strong DB knowledge (SQL/NoSQL).
• Hands-on cloud and containerization experience (AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in software lifecycle management and debugging.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI-driven applications using full-stack development tools and technologies.
• Enhance and optimize existing software systems to incorporate AI capabilities while maintaining high performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, UX designers, and project managers to define, design, and ship new AI functionalities.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• Proficiency in full-stack development, including front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Java).
• Experience implementing and deploying AI or machine learning models into applications.
• Strong understanding of databases and data storage solutions (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Demonstrated expertise in software enhancement processes, troubleshooting skills, and software lifecycle management.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to work effectively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and libraries to improve user experience.
• Industry certifications in AI, software engineering, or cloud computing are a plus.
• Previous experience working in an agile development environment.

Day-to-Day

• Begin your day participating in daily stand-up meetings with the engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Code and review front-end and back-end components, integrating AI models with user-friendly, scalable interfaces.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze user requirements and propose technical designs leveraging AI technology.
• Work closely with data scientists to fine-tune and integrate machine learning models into production.
• Write clean, maintainable code and debug issues to improve system reliability.
• Support and maintain live applications by monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing necessary fixes.
• Spend time researching the latest advancements in AI and full-stack tools, contributing insights to the broader team to inform strategy and development.
• Document solutions, share feedback, and mentor junior developers to grow skill sets within the team.
