Galloway Company, a long-standing dairy ingredients supplier, is hiring Production Operators for 8-hour shift rotations. Join an innovative, growing team on a fast-paced manufacturing floor with overtime and a culture of excellence.

Operators will run and maintain production lines, ensure product quality with QC procedures, and mentor new staff. Earn over $33/hour within two months with potential over $40/hour via incentive pay, plus Gold Standard benefits including health coverage and 401(k)

Qualifications

• Must be able to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 food manufacturing environment.
• Experience with equipment operation, preferably in the food industry.
• Understanding and adherence to quality control procedures.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively work with team members.
• Ability to train and mentor new staff members.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve production line issues.
• Good record-keeping skills to accurately document process operations.
• Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is a plus.

Our Production Operators (8-hour shifts) are responsible for operating and maintaining production lines, ensuring product quality through quality control procedures, communicating effectively with team members, and training new staff members.

**Employees can earn more than $33.00 per hour within their first two months, with the potential to earn more than $40.00 per hour through position‑based incentive pay. This compensation is supplemented by Gold Standard benefits, including comprehensive health coverage, a generous weekly employer contribution to a 401(k), and company matching on employee contributions with immediate 100% vesting.
