Piedmont Atlanta Hospital’s 12-month RN Residency Program begins February or March 2027. It supports new graduates transitioning to professional nurses through education, mentorship and peer support, with a blended learning approach and precepted orientation.

Opportunities span Medical/Surgical, Transplant, Cardiac PCC, Critical Care, ED, OR, Cardiovascular OR, Women's Services and more, with a focus on clinical judgment, communication and professional growth.

Formación

• Leadership skills, effective communication, initiative and independent judgment are required.
• Ability to handle stressful environments and maintain professionalism.
• High-level collaboration with clinical teams and staff.

Responsabilidades

• The Staff RN provides nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes.
• Maintain standards of practice and coordinate patient care activities for quality nursing care.
