Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC) seeks a Nursing instructor to provide academic instruction and student support within the Nursing department. You will teach courses, participate in curriculum development, and advise students while maintaining office hours.

You will engage in college governance, search committees, and college and community service activities. The role requires a Master’s in Nursing (or BSN with substantial graduate coursework), PA RN licensure, and willingness to teach

Job Summary: Provides academic instruction and student academic support for the Nursing department. Performs tasks designed to ensure the quality and consistency of academic instruction including governance activities.

Minimum Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Nursing required. Bachelor’s Degree in nursing candidates with significant graduate nursing coursework will be considered. Master’s Degree in nursing must be completed within 5 years of date of employment. Current Pennsylvania RN License. Willingness to teach day, evening, weekend, and on or off-campus classes.
