Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of collegiate coaching or playing experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Hudl/Synergy, social media platforms, and recruiting software Frontrush.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Coach with daily practice planning, game decisions, and player feedback and evaluation.
• Perform video analysis and scouting of opponents.
• Recruit quality student-athletes on campus and at various recruiting events throughout the year.
• Plan team travel and meals; coordinate and manage game-day operations.
• Adhere to NCAA, conference, departmental, and university policies, procedures, and expectations.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
