Job summary

BAF is hiring a Production & Packaging Operator with forklift experience. The role involves 12-hour day shifts, typically 14-15 days per month, with consistent days off each week and a focus on safety, sanitation, and quality.

The operator will lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, operate forklifts, and support ongoing production and packaging tasks. You will follow GMPs and sanitation guidelines, participate in safety inspections, and contribute to training and process data audits.

Qualifications

• Requires forklift operation experience and ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts.
• Follows GMPs, sanitation, HACCP and related sanitation protocols.
• Willingness to train others and participate in safety inspections.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and perform material handling.
• Maintain product quality by following specifications and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inline sanitation and area/tool inspections.
• Train and mentor team members on safety and duties.
• Audit process data and paperwork for accuracy.
