Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in Mt. Pleasant, IA seeks a Production Associate to safely operate industrial machinery and ensure high-quality output.

The plant runs 24/7 with rotating 12-hour shifts, offering a base pay of $17.50 per hour plus a $3.00 night shift premium and a $1.00/hour incentive for Fri–Sun hours. Expect to work 3 days on, 2 off, then 2 on, 3 off, totaling 48 hours one week and 36 the next.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Read and interpret documents (safety rules, instructions, procedures).
• Accurate basic math (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).
• 0–2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Stand for up to 12+ hours and perform repetitive motions.

Responsabilités

• Operate various types of industrial machinery in a quality-focused environment.
• Collaborate with operators, team lead, and spiral coordinator.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Set up and operate equipment, install/remove tooling.
• Complete production and quality reports (paper and computer).
• Monitor product quality and contact QA as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.
• Work in a self-directed team and participate in meetings and projects.
• Maintain housekeeping in the work area and plant.
