Job summary

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma, basic math skills, and good English communication to work across teams. Willingness to work extended shifts and weekends as needed is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Legal eligibility to work in the US.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred with knowledge of production processes and quality control.
• Effective written and verbal communication at all levels.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude for production machines.
• Consistent, reliable attendance and willingness to work non-standard hours as needed.
• Capable of handling stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

Responsibilities

• Complies with safety regulations and programs for the plant and department.
• Understand and adhere to plant policies and procedures.
• Retrieve completed products from the production line and package them, recording the weight.
• Prepare packaging for finished product by labeling with quality and date stamps.
• Inspect final product using bag checks and ensure documentation and timely communication of issues.
• Maintain pace with production targets and keep area clean.
