The role requires dependable attendance, flexibility for non-standard hours, and the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining teamwork and productivity. You will read dockets, maintain clean work areas, and perform regular quality bag checks to ensure product integrity.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

Responsibilities

• Compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
• Read docket daily and at all order changes to ensure proper product is being packed.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas.
• Pack and inspect efficiently.
• Complete quality bag checks every fifteen minutes.
• Follows established procedures including standard operating procedures (SOP's), cGMP, food safety regulations, and safety procedures.
