Iten Industries, Inc. is seeking a MACHINE OPERATOR for 1st shift (12-hour shifts) in Ashtabula, OH. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour with full-time/part-time options and rotating 12-hour weekend coverage.

The role involves working with plastics and non-metallic composites used in electrical appliances. Primary duties include reviewing orders, following procedures, maintaining safety, organizing the workspace, and meeting production timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Strong ability to perform basic math and measurements
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
• Willingness to learn; on-site training
• Ability to lift 50-100 pounds (depending on position)
• Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Review orders and instructions, follow the proper procedures and complete the jobs in a safe and timely manner
• Consistently follow safety procedures and inspect your work to ensure quality
• Organize and clean work area
• Additional duties as applicable
