Owens Corning Medina, OH is hiring a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to support our Roofing & Asphalt Plant. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability for manufacturing lines and infrastructure.

Flexible shifts and on-site work are required in a dynamic plant environment. Candidates should have 3+ years in industrial maintenance, strong wiring/gear knowledge, ability to read blueprints, and proficiency with SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and 3+ years related industrial experience.
• Experience in multi-craft maintenance, electrical or mechanical preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, P&ID drawings; knowledge of safety rules.
• Proficient with SAP and Microsoft Office tools; capable of learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, tools, and conveyors.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and locate problems using measuring instruments.
• Align belts/gears to tolerances and complete scheduled work orders.
• Support process upsets and participate in TPM/RCAs when needed.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and follow safety procedures.
