Volm Companies in Idaho Falls is seeking a Machine Operator to operate a variety of manufacturing equipment on a 12-hour rotating schedule (day and night shifts). The role reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor and requires attention to safety, quality, and efficiency as you support multiple operators and line responsibilities.

The position emphasizes mechanical aptitude, the ability to read schematics, and teamwork.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a manufacturing environment operating machinery is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate various machines and equipment to manufacture products according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper function.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
• Participate in lean initiatives and identify opportunities for efficiencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
