Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking Production Technicians for the Bandag plant in Oxford, NC. You will join a manufacturing team focused on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment on night shifts.

The role offers a starting rate of $22.95 per hour with potential to earn up to $28.14 per hour, plus shift premiums and incentives. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage from day one, a 401(k) with company contribution, PTO, holidays, referral

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years of employment stability preferred.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing production equipment.
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily production records.
• Other duties as assigned.
