Job summary

DeRoyal Industries, Inc. is seeking Injection Mold Operators to join the Royal Precision Plastics Team in Powell, TN. The roles feature 12-hour shifts with an alternating schedule, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and every-other-weekend work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; or less than high school with 3–6 months related experience.
• Ability to read, comprehend simple instructions, write simple correspondence and present information.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance and work in a 12-hour shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and package products from assigned machines.
• Ensure products conform to established specifications.
• Maintain adequate raw materials, packing supplies and labels at machines.
• Complete process/product checklists accurately and legibly.
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Arrive on time and comply with attendance policies.
