Job summary

Graham Packaging Company in West Hazleton PA is seeking a Forklift Operator/Material Handler to support production on 12-hour shifts from 6:30am to 7:00pm.

You will move pallets, load finished goods, perform safety checks, assist with inventory, and maintain accurate records while cooperating with teams to meet daily schedules.

The role requires at least 1 year forklift experience, good attendance, and solid communication; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K and PTO.

Qualifications

• Regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.
• Computer usage and typing skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move pallets of finished product to staging areas and load trailers.
• Assist production lines by delivering materials and removing finished goods to designated warehouse locations.
• Perform safety checks, inspect equipment, and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and produced; coordinate with warehouse personnel.
• Participate in physical inventory and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Support downstream teammates during breaks and maintain production flow.
