Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Forklift Operator/Material Handler based in West Hazleton PA to work 12-hour shifts from 6:30am to 7:00pm. The role involves operating a forklift, moving materials, stocking lines, and ensuring accurate records while supporting production and warehouse activities.

Minimum of 1 year forklift experience preferred; strong attention to safety, reliability, and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year forklift experience preferred.
• Must maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to interact with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while providing good service.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments within instructed parameters.
• Collaborates well with others and contributes to group objectives.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, health, quality GMP policies and company procedures.
• Perform safety lift truck inspections and battery checks; report issues.
• Move materials to production lines and to warehouse; support scheduling.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and produced.
• Assist in stock handling, loading trailers, and rework setup as needed.
• Communicate shift totals and material availability to supervisors.
