Job summary

Emory Healthcare in Warner Robins seeks an RN Clinician to provide comprehensive nursing care, including assessment, planning, and documentation. You will work with a diverse interdisciplinary team, incorporating patient and family input to tailor care plans while maintaining high standards.

Leadership duties may be assigned as needed. The role requires a GA RN license, BSN or eligible ADN with experience, and adherence to certification requirements such as BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited BSN with an active RN license in GA.
• 12 months of nursing experience within the past five years or recent completion of a re-entry program (for BSN route).
• ADN graduates with minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience may qualify.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe, effective nursing care using the nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents care.
• Develops and implements patient care plans with patient/family input.
• Demonstrates leadership by assuming Charge Nurse duties when assigned.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes.
