Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and self-motivated 3rd Shift Front Desk Associate at Towneplace Suites Hixson Hwy 153. This position ensures the smooth and secure operation of the hotel during overnight hours, providing excellent guest service, handling late-night arrivals and early check-outs, and performing nightly audit and reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in late-night guests and process early morning departures
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly
  • Perform night audit procedures, including balancing transactions and preparing reports
  • Monitor property security, ensure front entrance security, and follow safety protocols
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas
  • Assist with wake-up calls, guest requests, and coordinate with other departments as needed
  • Manage reservations, process payments, and ensure accurate data entry
  • Know emergency procedures and act as point of contact during overnight hours
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math and computer skills; experience with PMS software Fosse is a plus
  • Ability to stay alert and focused throughout the shift
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
