We are currently seeking a reliable, professional, and self-motivated 3rd Shift Front Desk Associate Monday & Tuesday to join our overnight team. This vital position ensures the smooth and secure operation of the hotel during the night hours, providing excellent guest service, handling late-night arrivals and early check-outs, and performing nightly audit and reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in late-night guests and process early morning departures

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and urgency

Perform night audit procedures, including balancing daily transactions and preparing reports

Monitor property security, ensure front entrance remains secure, and follow safety protocols

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas

Assist with wake-up calls, guest requests, and any necessary coordination with other departments

Manage reservations, process payments, and ensure accurate data entry

Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and act as point of contact during overnight hours

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Prior hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Basic math and computer skills; experience with PMS software Fosse is a plus

Must be able to stay alert and focused throughout the shift

Availability to work weekends and holidays
