We provide cleaning services for office, medical, industrial, manufacturing, and educational facilities. The role offers a 6:00 pm–2:30 am shift Mon–Fri with hourly pay of $17.00 and benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), and DailyPay.

Qualifications

• 1 year prior experience managing hourly labor in a service environment
• Must pass background check and meet hiring requirements
• Must have personal smartphone and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties as needed

Responsibilities

• Own all daily janitorial operations across assigned portfolio, ensure quality and safety
• Hire, onboard, train, develop, and coach assigned employees; manage performance
• Serve as primary point of contact during shift for client leadership and conduct regular walkthroughs
• Own labor, scheduling, payroll, supply ordering, and employee recognition budgets
• Implement process improvements and pursue additional service opportunities

Job Skills / Requirements

• Hourly Pay Rate: $17.00
• Facility Type: Industrial
• Shift Time: 6:00 pm to 2:30 am
• Shift Days: Monday through Friday
• Headcount Responsibility: Approximately 5-9 employees

Key Responsibilities

• Operations: Own all daily janitorial operations across assigned portfolio, ensure all services meet quality and safety expectations, conduct inspections and safety audits, and monitor inventory and supply ordering
• Leadership: Hire, onboard, train, develop, and coach assigned employees. Manage staff performance, including discipline and terminations as needed, while building and maintaining a stable, safe, and reliable workforce
• Customer Service: Serve as primary point of contact during your assigned shift for client leadership, including regular walkthroughs and meetings, and resolving issues quickly and professionally
• Financial: Own labor, scheduling, payroll, supply ordering, and employee appreciation budgets
• Growth: Ensure successful execution of additional service opportunities (tag work). Implement process improvements to strengthen overall performance

Qualifications

• Communication & Transportation: Must have a personal smart phone and reliable transportation
• Background & Work Authorization: Must be able to successfully complete a background check, acquire steel-toed slip-resistant shoes, and meet all hiring requirements.
• Experience: 1 year prior experience managing hourly labor in a service environment preferred but not required ; janitorial or facility services experience a plus
• Leadership: Positive attitude with the ability to accept feedback, lead teams, and hold employees accountable
• Hands-On Support: Willing and able to step into any role and perform operational tasks when needed, including trash removal, vacuuming and carpet cleaning, sweeping and mopping hard surface floors, cleaning restrooms, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, spot cleaning glass, dusting, restocking supplies, and stripping and waxing VCT.
• Safety: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and enforcing company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
• Communication & Technology: Strong communication skills and proficiency with basic mobile systems
• Organization: Able to manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency and customer service focus
