We are hiring for Full-Time day and evening shifts at Liberty, NC (Industrial/Manufacturing). Hourly pay is $16.00. Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, sweeping and mopping, vacuuming, and stocking

Qualifications

• Must have a personal smart phone and reliable transportation.
• Background check and MVR check if required.
• Positive attitude with dependable attendance and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and replace liners.
• Vacuum and spot clean carpet.
• Sweep and mop hard surface floors.
• Clean restrooms.
• Sanitize high touch points, dust, and stock supplies.
• Lead the cleaning team as primary point of contact during shifts.
• Assist with daily task assignments and ensure on-schedule completion.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.

Job Skills / Requirements

• Hourly Pay Rate: $16.00
• General Location: Liberty, NC
• Facility Type: Industrial/Manufacturing
• Shift Time: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• Headcount Responsibility: Approximately 5-9 employees
• Access to DailyPay, allowing employees to access earned wages prior to payday

Key Responsibilities

• Remove trash and replace liners
• Vacuum and spot clean carpet
• Sweep and mop hard surface floors
• Clean restrooms
• Sanitize all high touch points, spot clean glass, dust, and stock supplies
• Primary point of contact for the cleaning team during assigned shifts
• Assist with assigning daily tasks and ensuring work is completed efficiently and on schedule
• Support training and onboarding of new team members on cleaning procedures and site expectations
• Monitor and communicate supply needs, equipment issues, or building concerns to management
• Promote a safe, professional, and positive work environment
• Lead by example through reliability, attendance, work ethic, and teamwork

Qualifications

• Communication & Transportation: Must have a personal smart phone and reliable transportation
• Background & Work Authorization: Must be able to successfully complete a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check if required for the position, and meet all hiring requirements.
• Work Ethic: Positive attitude with the ability to accept feedback, follow directions, and maintain dependable attendance

• Experience: Prior experience in a labor-based role preferred
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical duties associated with janitorial operations, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and remaining active throughout the shift.
