Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Masters Degree
• 5+ years of experience with Bachelors Degree
• 10+ years of experience with Associates Degree
• Experience applying 8D or similar structured problem-solving techniques in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Lead timely Emergency, Interim and Permanent corrective actions for quality events across disciplines
• Serve as ambassador, coach and sub-workstream lead for E2E Built in Quality
• Lead quality improvement projects using Office 365 tools
• Provide Internal Continuous Improvement support
• Manage internal & external customer relationships with Manufacturing Engineering teams
• Utilize 6 Sigma and 8D methods

Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading timely Emergency, Interim and Permanent corrective actions for both Customer and internal quality events collaborating across disciplines.
• An ambassador, coach and sub-workstream lead for E2E Built in Quality.
• Quality improvement project leadership utilizing Office 365 tools.
• Internal Continuous Improvement support.
• Internal & external Customer contact and relationship management in partnership with Manufacturing Engineering teams.
• Exercise a variety of tools and techniques; 6 Sigma and 8D.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 3+ years of experience with Masters Degree
• 5+ years of experience with Bachelors Degree
• 10+ years of experience with Associates Degree

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Good working knowledge of Quality Standards and Manufacturing Operations.
• Experience of applying 8D or similar structured problem-solving techniques in a manufacturing environment.
• A professional approach and capable of communicating effectively
• Good verbal, influencing and numerical skills and able to lead teams effectively through problem solving.
• Strong ability to motivate, influence, drive compliance and continuous improvement.
• Good working knowledge of engineering, design, manufacturing and maintenance processes.
• Excellent in the use of Office 365 applications with attention to analysis.
