TEEMA Solutions Group is hiring for a full-time Med Surg Nurse to work in Show Low, AZ. The position offers a $10K sign-on bonus, with $5K paid at 90 days and the remaining $5K after 12 months, along with a possible $5K relocation bonus.

Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience, strong Neuro and Cardiac skills, and certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS. This role provides a 36-hour work guarantee with 12-hour shifts.

10K Sign on Bonus Med Surg. TeemaGroup. Full-time. In-Office | Show Low, AZ, United States.

5K of sign on will be paid out at 90 days and the other 5K at the 12 months. There is a 5K relocation bonus paid if needed, but one-year commitment if paid out.

Unit Info

• 24 beds – MedSurg with Tele capability on all beds
• Adults and Peds
• Must be strong in Neuro and Cardiac skills
• 2 years of experience required
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required
• PALS preferred
• Shifts: 12 hours
• 36 hour guarantee
• EMR: Sunrise Allscripts
• Support staff on unit: Tele techs, charge nurse, HUCs and PCTs
• Nurse to patient ratios: 1:5 days; 1:6 nights; 1:4 peds – also based on level of acuity
• Nurse managers don't provide patient care, but they do rounds
• Float to all MS units and ICU (taking MS overflow patients)
• Hospitalist in house 24/7
• No IV team
• Resp Therapist 24/7
• Pharmacy 24/7
• Scrub color: any color except all black
• Scrubs not provided
