Job summary

Proof is seeking Process Servers in Arkansas City to join its network of independent contractors. This role allows you to set your own schedule and determine your workload. You’ll use Proof’s app to claim jobs and track your earnings, with support from a dedicated operational specialist.

Applicants must have the appropriate certifications and prior experience in process serving or related fields. Flexibility and the ability to efficiently use a mobile app are required.

Proof is seeking Process Servers to join its network of independent contractors to deliver legal documents in your area. Set your own schedule and determine your workload. Claim the work you want to complete and track your earnings using an industry‑leading mobile app. Proof provides support through a dedicated operational specialist with every serve!

Requirements

• Certification: Must be a Licensed, Registered, or Certified Process Server if state or county laws require it. Must have a valid driver's license.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with iPhone/iPad or Android devices and capable of using a mobile app.
• Document Handling: Ability to scan and print documents. Free printing services are available via FedEx.
• Experience: Prior experience in process serving or a related field (law enforcement, private investigations, etc.) is required, as Proof is not an employer and does not provide training. National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) membership is preferred.
