Our clinicians support care through 24/7 onsite and/or telehealth services, providing a seamless, personalized, and proactive approach for every patient.

Position Overview:

As a Collaborating Physician, you will collaborate with nurse practitioners and physician assistants to manage patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities, ensuring all care complies with HIPAA and applicable state laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervision and Evaluation: Oversee wound care assessments and treatment plans conducted by nurse practitioners and physician assistants to promote optimal healing and care.
  2. Patient Care Plans: Review, endorse, and guide patient care plans to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards for wound management.
  3. Telehealth Consultations: Conduct telehealth consultations as needed, providing expert advice on wound care strategies and treatments.
  4. Collaboration and Best Practices: Participate in case discussions and contribute to developing best practices in wound care, including advancements in grafting techniques and therapies.
  5. Communication: Maintain clear communication with the care team regarding patient status, treatment progress, and necessary care plan adjustments.
  6. Compliance and Confidentiality: Uphold patient confidentiality and ensure all practices adhere to relevant regulations and state laws, including Indiana.
