Job summary

Renuity is hiring a 1099 Installer to install Kohler LuxStone products and oversee finish work in residential settings. This role offers guaranteed year-round work and a potential annual income between $150k and $200k, with a flexible schedule and all work provided by the company.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in remodeling or carpentry, possess knowledge of showers and plumbing, and maintain an established LLC with proper insurance. A crew of two or more is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of residential showers, tubs, and basic plumbing.
• Kohler Luxstone or stone panel installation preferred.
• Established LLC or Business.
• Great communication and customer service skills.
• Must have workers' comp and general liability insurance.
• Must have a truck, trailer, and tools.
• Must be a crew of 2 or more.

Responsibilities

• Install Kohler LuxStone products according to Renuity standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
