• Collaborate with operations team running 1095B submissions to CMS and citizens and client resources to assess business operational metrics
• Report directly to the Level 2 Team Lead and focus on 1095 stabilization and ongoing support
• Build skills to become functional POC for 1095B
• Interface directly with Client M&O (business operations leads)
• Understand functional eligibility programs for Medicaid and other state programs ABD, nutritional assistance, Affordable Care Act a PLUS
