A DAY IN THE LIFE
Fabricate and weld steel components and repair heavy equipment according to layouts, drawings, or specific needs.
Troubleshoot mechanical and installation issues encountered by supervisors, fabricate custom tools or components to resolve problems, or coordinate with external vendors for fabrication.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
High School diploma or GED, or equivalent training and experience.
Welding certification typically obtained through a 2-year welding program or at least 5 years of welding and metal fabrication experience.
Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug, and alcohol screening.
Willingness to travel and relocate to the job site (up to 100% travel).
WHAT WILL SET YOU APART
Construction or previous solar industry assembly experience.
Advanced knowledge of metal fabrication and welding techniques, materials, and tools.

Pay Range: $25.00 - 30.00 per hour; per diem based on eligibility.
Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location, in accordance with applicable laws. Compensation is one aspect of our overall benefits package.
