Job description

Blatter is seeking a certified welder with 3G and 4G AWS certifications to assist in construction projects.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Fabricate and weld steel components; repair heavy equipment following layouts, drawings, or specific needs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and installation issues; fabricate custom tools or components; coordinate with vendors for fabrication as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• High School diploma or GED; or equivalent training and experience.
• Welding certification typically obtained through a 2-year program or at least 5 years of welding and metal fabrication experience.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical, drug, and alcohol tests.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to job sites (up to 100% travel).

WHAT WILL SET YOU APART

• Experience in construction or solar industry assembly.
• Advanced knowledge of metal fabrication and welding techniques, materials, and tools.

Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour; per diem based on eligibility. Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location, in accordance with applicable laws.
