Barcel USA LLC in Coppell, TX seeks a dependable Warehouse Material Handler to support 2nd shift operations in a floater DC Amazon environment. You will perform case picking, labeling, packing, and loading, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely handling of orders.

Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to operate a forklift are essential. Training provided, with growth opportunities in a fast-paced distribution setting.

Formación

• 6 months of forklift operator experience.
• Able to read and write English.
• Familiar with Excel, Outlook, and WMS Oracle.

Responsabilidades

• Pull product and case-pick as required.
• Move product between floor and rack storage locations.
• Label, assemble, palletize, and wrap product for customer orders.
• Load palletized product onto trucks as per orders.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and safety checks.
• Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions or equipment issues.

Responsibilities

• Pull product assigned to customer orders, including case picking when required.
• Frequently lift, lower, carry, push, and pull products, materials, pallets, and equipment.
• Repeated bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and reaching throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8-10 hours per shift.
• Use warehouse management systems, Microsoft, Excel, Outlook, WMS oracle and other computer applications to track inventory, maintain records, communicate updates, and support daily warehouse operations.
• Communicate promptly with supervisors and team members regarding delays, inventory discrepancies, order issues, and operational concerns.
• Individual case labeling product according to customer requirements.
• Assemble, palletize, and wrap product according to customer requirements.
• Load palletized product onto trucks according to customer orders.
• Repack damaged product into new cases and palletize as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Dispose of trash and recyclable materials from assigned work areas.
• Unload inbound shipments from vendors and carriers.
• Move product between floor and rack storage locations.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and required checklists.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions, equipment issues, and safety hazards.
• Participate in physical inventories, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
• Inspect trailers for safety, cleanliness, and suitability prior to loading.
• Verify that products received match shipping documentation and meet quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• This position will predominantly support 2nd shift operations, with scheduled hours of 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM. As a Floater DC Amazon Material Handler, flexibility to support other scheduled hours may be required based on business needs.
• Be available to work weekends and overtime as required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Familiar with computer programs, (Excel, Outlook, Teams, WMS Oracle).
• Strong communication skills to report issues and coordinate with teams.
• 6 months as a Forklift Operator.
• Able to lift and maneuver cases over 50lbs continuously.
• Able to perform basic math.
• Read and write English.
• Aisle Master/ Sit-down forklift.
