You give your team the structure and they get the shot.

You shape the narrative, call the beats, and guide the editors until the video is final.

The Role

You will build the story structure before we hit record.

After filming, you’ll write out the final arc based on what actually happened.

Then you’ll guide the editors to shape the footage around your narrative.

You’ll manage the pacing, build-up, and punchline until the video is finished and it hits.

This is not just a leadership role. You are the storyteller and the standard.
