Your Role As a Store Manager

1. Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience, providing personalized hair and beauty solutions.
2. Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage budgets, control expenses, grow sales, and handle inventory.
3. Ensure safety and security by following all safety rules, security procedures, and company policies.
4. Maintain the store's appearance to ensure it looks its best.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

Legal and Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder, with or without accommodations.
• Exposure to fumes and odors occasionally.
• Long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items.
• Working around moving parts, carts, or machines, with potential exposure to irritant chemicals.
