However, our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates who have experience in customer service or sales, and who are flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.

This is a commission-only role. The commission structure is designed to help you start earning quickly, with potential payments within a week of writing your first policy. The average sale nationwide is for $1,000 in annual premium, with some associates earning $600 from a single sale through our bonus structure.
We offer comprehensive training to help you sell policies efficiently. This includes training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts. Our goal is to help you make money and grow your own agency if desired, within months.
