A leading company in life insurance is seeking dedicated associates for their customer service team in Bean Station, Tennessee. This full-time position involves counseling and serving clients, requiring customer service or sales experience. Potential associates should be motivated, adaptable, and willing to grow within the agency while receiving comprehensive training.
Due to the rapid expansion of our company, we are looking to hire new associates for our customer service team. Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of increased demand from our client base, we are seeking highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.
However, our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in customer service or sales, who are also flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.
WHO WE MARKET TO: We specialize in life insurance to protect different areas for families with average income and health. We have many requests for insurance through our niche market but not enough agents to meet these requests.
HOW WE GET PAID: This is commission-only! The commission structure is designed to help you start earning quickly. You could be paid within a week of writing your first policy. Our average sale nationwide is $1,000 in annual premium, with a 2-tier bonus structure. Associates are earning around $600 per sale.
