Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of the increased demand from our client base, we are seeking highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.

Who We Market To

We specialize in life insurance to protect different areas for families with average income and health. We have many requests for insurance through our niche market but not enough agents to meet this demand.

How We Get Paid

This is a commissions-only position! The commission schedule is designed to help you start earning quickly. You could receive payment within a week of writing your first policy. The average sale nationwide is for $1,000 in annual premium, with a bonus structure that allows associates to earn $600 for just one sale.

Training We Provide

We offer comprehensive training to help you sell policies quickly. You will receive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts. Our goal is to help you make money! If you want to grow your own agency, we can assist you in achieving that within months.
