As a result of increased demand from our client base, we seek highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.
However, our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates who have experience in customer service or sales, and who are flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.
We specialize in life insurance to protect various family needs related to income and health. We have a high volume of requests for insurance within our niche market but not enough agents to meet this demand.
This is a commissions-only role! Our commission schedule is designed to help you start earning quickly. You could receive payment within a week of writing your first policy. The average sale nationwide is for $1,000 in annual premium, with a bonus structure that can earn associates an additional $600 per sale.
