A leading company is expanding their customer service team and seeks motivated associates with experience in customer service or sales. The full-time role emphasizes flexibility and training for selling life insurance policies. This commission-only position offers significant earning potential with bonuses and supportive resources for new agents.
Due to the rapid expansion of our company, we are looking to hire new associates for our customer service team. Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of increased demand from our client base, we seek highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.
However, our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in customer service or sales, who are also flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.
WHO WE MARKET TO: We specialize in life insurance to protect various aspects of family life, targeting families with average income and health. We have many requests for insurance through our niche market but not enough agents to meet this demand.
HOW WE GET PAID: This is a commissions-only role! The commission schedule is designed to help you start earning quickly. You could be paid within a week of writing your first policy. Our average sale nationwide is for $1,000 in annual premium, with a 2-tier bonus structure. Associates are earning $600 from just one sale.
TRAINING WE PROVIDE: We make it quick and easy to sell a policy. We provide comprehensive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts. Our goal is to help you make money! Interested in growing your own agency? We can help you achieve that within months!
