A leading company is looking for motivated customer service associates to join their team. The role involves serving union workers and selling life insurance policies. Due to the rapid expansion of our company, we are looking to hire new associates for our customer service team. Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of increased demand from our client base, we seek highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.
However, our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in customer service or sales, who are flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.
WHO WE MARKET TO: We specialize in life insurance to protect various family needs, targeting families with average income and health. We have a high volume of requests for insurance through our niche market but not enough agents to meet this demand.
HOW WE GET PAID: This is a commissions-only role! The commission structure is designed to help you start earning quickly. You could receive payment within a week of writing your first policy. Our average sale nationwide is $1,000 in annual premium, with a bonus structure that allows associates to earn $600 for just one sale.
TRAINING WE PROVIDE: We offer comprehensive training so you can sell policies efficiently. We provide all necessary information on our carriers, products, and sales scripts. Our goal is to help you make money! If you want to grow an agency, we can support you in achieving that within months.
