Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of the increased demand from our client base, we are seeking highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.
However, our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates who have experience in customer service or sales, and are also flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.
We specialize in life insurance to protect different areas of the family with average income and health. We have many requests for insurance through our niche market but not enough agents to meet this demand.
This is a commissions-only role! The commission structure is designed to help you start earning quickly. You could be paid within a week of writing your first policy. Our average sale nationwide is for $1,000 in annual premium, with a bonus structure that can earn associates an additional $600 for just one sale.
We offer comprehensive training to help you sell policies efficiently. You will receive all necessary training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts. Our goal is to help you make money! If you're interested in growing an agency, we can assist you in achieving that within months.
