A leading company in life insurance is expanding its customer service team and seeking motivated individuals for the role of Customer Service & Sales Associate. This full-time position offers training and resources to help you succeed in selling policies and growing your own agency. Due to the rapid expansion of our company, we are looking to hire new associates for our customer service team. Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of increased demand from our client base, we seek highly motivated individuals to counsel and serve working families.
Candidate Profile: We are selective and prefer candidates with experience in customer service or sales, who are flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.
WHO WE MARKET TO: We specialize in life insurance to protect various family needs related to income and health. We have a high volume of requests in our niche market but lack enough agents to meet this demand.
HOW WE GET PAID: This is a commissions-only role. Our commission schedule is designed to help you start earning quickly—you could receive payment within a week of writing your first policy. The average sale nationwide is for $1,000 in annual premium, with some associates earning $600 from a single sale through our bonus structure.
TRAINING WE PROVIDE: We equip you with everything needed to sell policies efficiently, including training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts. Our goal is to help you make money and grow your own agency if desired, within months.
NO PROBLEM: We offer resources to help you get started and obtain your license.
