However, our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in customer service or sales who are also flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.
We specialize in life insurance to protect various family needs, focusing on families with average income and health. Due to high demand in our niche market, we have more requests for insurance than we currently have agents to handle them.
This is a commissions-only role. Our commission schedule is designed to help you earn quickly—you could start earning within a week of writing your first policy. The average sale nationwide is for $1,000 in annual premium, with a bonus structure that allows associates to earn an additional $600 per sale.
We offer comprehensive training to help you sell policies efficiently. You will receive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts. Our goal is to help you make money! If you wish to grow an agency, we can assist you in achieving that within months.
