Due to the rapid expansion of our company, we are looking to hire new associates to our customer service team. Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of the increased demand from our client base, we are seeking highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.

However, our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates who have experience in customer service or sales, and who are also flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.

WHO WE MARKET TO

We specialize in life insurance to protect different areas of family life, targeting individuals with average income and health. Due to high demand within our niche market, we have many requests for insurance but not enough agents to meet this need.

HOW WE GET PAID

This is a commission-only role! The commission structure is designed to help you start earning quickly. You could be paid within a week of writing your first policy. Our average sale nationwide is $1,000 in annual premium, with a bonus structure that can earn associates an additional $600 for just one sale.

TRAINING WE PROVIDE

We offer comprehensive training to enable you to sell policies efficiently. This includes training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts. Our goal is to help you make money! If you're interested in growing an agency, we can assist you in achieving that within months.
