Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of increased demand from our client base, we seek highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.

Candidate Profile: Our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in customer service or sales, who are also flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.

Our Market:

We specialize in life insurance to protect families' various needs, focusing on average income and health. Due to high demand in our niche market, we need more agents to meet requests.

Compensation:

This position is commission-only. Our commission structure is designed to help you start earning quickly, with potential payments within a week of writing your first policy. The average sale nationwide is $1,000 in annual premium, with some associates earning $600 from a single sale through our bonus structure.

Training Provided:

We offer comprehensive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts to help you sell policies efficiently. Our goal is to help you make money and grow your own agency within months if desired.
