Due to the rapid expansion of our company, we are looking to hire new associates for our customer service team. Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of increased demand from our client base, we seek highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.

However, our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in customer service or sales, who are also flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.

WHO WE MARKET TO

We specialize in life insurance to protect various aspects of family life, targeting families with average income and health. Due to high demand in our niche market, we need more agents to meet the requests.

HOW WE GET PAID

This is a commission-only role. The commission structure is designed to help you start earning quickly, with potential payments within a week of writing your first policy. The average sale nationwide is approximately $1,000 in annual premium, with some agents earning $600 from a single sale through our bonus structure.

TRAINING WE PROVIDE

We offer comprehensive training to help you sell policies efficiently, including information on our carriers, products, and sales scripts. Our goal is to help you make money and grow your own agency within months if you desire.
