A rapidly expanding company seeks new associates for its customer service team specializing in life insurance for working families. This full-time commission-only position offers extensive training and support for ambitious individuals. Due to the rapid expansion of our company, we are looking to hire new associates for our customer service team. Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of the increased demand from our client base, we seek highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.
However, our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in customer service or sales, who are flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.
WHO WE MARKET TO: We specialize in life insurance to protect families in various areas, focusing on those with average income and health. We have many requests for insurance through our niche market but not enough agents to meet these demands.
HOW WE GET PAID: This is a commissions-only role! The commission structure is designed to help you start earning quickly. You could be paid within a week of writing your first policy. Our average sale nationwide is $1,000 in annual premium, with a bonus structure allowing associates to earn $600 for just one sale.
TRAINING WE PROVIDE: We offer comprehensive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts, enabling you to sell policies efficiently. Our goal is to help you make money! Interested in growing an agency? We can support you in achieving that within months.
