Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of the increased demand from our client base, we are seeking highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.
Our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in customer service or sales, who are flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.
We specialize in life insurance to protect different areas for families with average income and health. We have many requests for insurance through our niche market but not enough agents to meet this demand.
This is a commissions-only role! The commission schedule is designed to help you earn money quickly. You could be paid within a week of writing your first policy. Our average sale nationwide is for $1,000 in annual premium, with some associates earning $600 from just one sale.
We offer comprehensive training so you can start selling policies quickly. You will receive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts. Our goal is to help you make money! If you want to grow an agency, we can support you in achieving that within months.
