A leading company specializing in life insurance is expanding its customer service team. They seek motivated associates who possess great work ethic and an outgoing personality for a full-time, commissions-only position. Comprehensive training will be provided, and candidates will have the potential to earn quickly through sales.
Due to the rapid expansion of our company, we are looking to hire new associates for our customer service team. Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of the increased demand from our client base, we are seeking highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.
However, our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in customer service or sales who are flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.
WHO WE MARKET TO: We specialize in life insurance to protect various aspects of family life, targeting families with average income and health. We have many requests for insurance through our niche market but not enough agents to meet this demand.
HOW WE GET PAID: This is a commissions-only role! The commission schedule is designed to help you earn quickly. You could be paid within a week of writing your first policy. Our average sale nationwide is for $1,000 in annual premium, with a bonus structure that allows associates to earn an additional $600 for just one sale.
TRAINING WE PROVIDE: We have streamlined the process so you can sell a policy quickly. We provide comprehensive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts. Our goal is to help you make money! If you're interested in growing an agency, we can support you in achieving that within months.
