Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of increased demand from our client base, we seek highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.
Candidate Profile: We are selective and prefer candidates with experience in customer service or sales, who are flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.
We specialize in life insurance to protect various aspects of family life, targeting families with average income and health. Due to high demand, we have many requests for insurance within our niche market but not enough agents to meet this demand.
This is a commissions-only role. Our commission schedule is designed to help you start earning quickly, with potential to be paid within a week of writing your first policy. The average sale nationwide is $1,000 in annual premium, with a bonus structure that can earn associates an additional $600 per sale.
